Although every effort has been made to provide complete and accurate information, GTO Hotels & Resorts makes no warranties as to the accuracy of the content of this website or the information provided in third-party websites in regards to the GTO Group or any of the individual Hotels.
Information on Rates and Services
All available rates on our website are inclusive of 10% VAT and do not include the applicable local city tax which must be paid upon arrival directly to the hotel. All rates include bed and breakfast and are on a per room per night basis for a maximum of two people staying. Please note there is an additional supplement for multi capacity rooms and extra beds where applicable.
Payment and Pre-authorisation
For reservations made with the "Advanced Purchase Rate - nonrefundable” option, GTO Hotels & Resorts requires full payment of the entire stay at the time of booking. By selecting this rate the customer understands that no changes or cancellations are permitted and the amount paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.
For reservations made with the “Best Flexible Rate” option, a valid credit card is required as warranty. A pre-authorisation will be made for the full amount of the booking at any point up until the scheduled arrival. Pre-authorisation is not a charge, it is a temporary hold to allow GTO Hotels & Resorts to check if your credit card is indeed a valid, active credit card and whether the card has enough balance to cover your reservation. If the pre-authorisation fails, GTO Hotels & Resorts do not guarantee the availability of the reserved rooms. Any changes or modifications to the credit card provided must be promptly communicated to the hotel. You will be required to make the full payment of your reservation upon check-in to your chosen GTO Hotel.
Cancellation Policy
For reservations made with the "Advanced Purchase Rate - nonrefundable” option, no changes or cancellations are permitted and the amount paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.
For reservations made with the “Best Flexible Rate” option, customers are entitled to cancel their reservation for free up until 48 hours before scheduled arrival. For cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival or in the case of no show, the full amount of the reservation will be charged to the provided credit card.
For all reservation types, the full stay will be charged in case of early departure/curtailment.
In the case that GTO Hotels & Resorts are unable to honour your reservation for any reason or at any time, an alternative accommodation will be booked in another GTO Hotel or in a 3rd party hotel of the similar or superior standard. The payment and cancellation terms adhered to at the time of booking will apply.
Credit Cards
GTO Hotels & Resorts accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
Credit card details are not stored within our booking system or in the hotel. All card details are encrypted and stored with our merchant providers who have been fully audited by the PCI and certified as a level one which is the most stringent level of certification in the payments industry.
Check-in and Check-out
Check-in is available from 14:00
Check-out is up until 10:00
Late check-out up until 18:00 is available depending on availability and is charged at a supplement
Group Bookings
